I finished my apps and all that but I was just curious. Does anyone know what this means?:
The University of California application deadline for the fall 2013 term is 11:59 pm on November 30, Pacific Standard Time. If you start an application before this deadline, you will have through 11:59 pm on December 1 to complete and submit your application.</p>
<p>Does this mean apps can be handed in on December 1 without any repercussions?

<p>That’s the impression I get just from reading that, does anyone with experience know?</p>
<p>Can you confirm where you got this information from? I cannot find that anywhere on my app. Both <a href=“University of California Counselors”>University of California Counselors; and <a href=“University of California Counselors”>University of California Counselors;
state “Filing period for fall 2013. Applications must be submitted by
11:59 p.m. Nov. 30” which suggests that you must submit it by that deadline, whether you started your application before that time or not.</p>
<p>It wasn’t on my application either. It was in response to an email that I sent them on the 29th. This was the email they sent:</p>
