I took honor classes in freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior year so I for example, selected Economics (H). However, the honors status next to says NH. I’m pretty sure I couldn’t change it on the application, and if I could have, I’m just an idiot. But yeah, should I call them and assure the fact that I was in Honors

Are you in CA? Classes counted as honors need to be approved by the UC system. (So Honors Econ in Texas would still be NH.)

Yeah, I live in CA. Sorry, so now what happens?

oh, so the honors status is already pre-determined by the UC system? That stinks.

The UC has its own exalted standards.

You can search the Doorways database for a list of a-g approved courses from your high school.

Honors only is HL if its approved and counts as a 5.0 in the UC GPA.
My school (large competitive in CA) has a lot of honors classes, which are just accelerated classes that are harder and more in depth. That just "looks good" in terms of you are taking more challenging courses, but doesnt count as a 5.0.

Ie. Juniors English Honors and Pre Calc Honors are the only classes weighted by UC's in my school as HL and not NH.
