Yay done (awhile ago)

$300 later, I was done at 1:45 am this morning.

weird i thought it was today haha

I fully forgot about the deadline. I came back home at 6am in the morning I kinda went out), and i slept till 4pm.

Then I was like holy crap i missed the UC deadline bcause it's 1dec! (it's 1dec here in the pacific) and i was so sad. And thn i realised about the whole time zones and realised that it was 11.00pm in cali. So I filled in the whole app, and wrote a 200, 220 (no time to edit!!), 430 word (im horible!!!!!!!) essays in 30min.
Oh and I screwed up my course schedule thing. It says that I have 2 missing in history/socialscience, 2 missing in english, 1 missing in foreign language.

And I submitted everything in at 11.58.57pm.
I screwed up soooooooo bad...

sent mine in tuesday the 21st. Would've sent it about a month before that cuz I'd gotten my 200s (Educational, Personal Quality) pretty early on but I had trouble coming up with a 600-word essay, so I just gave up and basically wrote in random crap about my beliefs and values in the Anything Else? box and submitted :-D. Ah well, I'm very likely in at Santa Cruz anyway, and who knows, the admissions officers might like not having to read a full-length essay. LOL my parents would be SO mad at me if they knew...

I applied under Aerospace Engineering.

Wow, I finished about 5 hours before the deadline. I've been working on the essays for a month. Trying to get the word count down was painful. I applied to 8 of the 9, hoping to get in to just one. My GPA is high, but since I have LD, my SATs are pretty poor. I'd love to get into Santa Cruz -- great location.

The word cut really improved my essays, I had to re-read the whole thing a bunch of times.

I sent mine in Sunday night. Tuesday morning I got my new SAT scores. They're up 280 points (2280). Man, I wish I'd procrastinated. Ah, well, they'll get them anyway, it just would have felt so good to type them into that application.

Congrats Azelma. That is great!
