<p>October 1st is when the application opens. November 1st is the first day it can be submitted, and Nov 30th is the last day for submission.</p>
<p>"early October." But, you can download a papercopy of last year's app to start work on essays. I've been told by a UC counselor that there are no changes this year. Note, UC PREFERS that you submit online.</p>
