I was submitting my UC application and was on the final step of paying with my credit card. I didnt have it on me so i had to go look for it and when i came back to the screen the webpage had timed out. It wont let me pay for the application now? How do i pay for it?

Last night, I had the same problem, and called the University of California tech support. They said that you would have to wait for around 48 hours for the system to unfreeze your payment screen, and allow you to pay for your application.
He told me that as long as you received an applicant ID number, you’ll be fine, and you would just need to pay for the application once you can and the screen becomes available.
Don’t worry. This happens to a lot of people every year.
