help please?!

because you don't apply for fall 2009 until a later time...

if i recall correctly, the application will appear on the UC website on either the first day of october or november, mostly likely on oct 1

WHY WHY WHYYYYYYYY my big big exams start in october! i need stupid applications before soooo annoying!

just work on your personal statements for now. the prompts are available. the application itself is mostly trivial stuff like your name, schools, classes, gpa's, etc. so its not hard nor that time consuming. the essays are the important part.

are the essay questions for next year's applicants released yet? if so, get started (and possibly finish) those. usually essays are the biggest stress when it comes to apps, and if you get those out of the way, the process will be much easier. if they aren't out yet, they usually release them wayyy before the app period, so you can start ASAP

edit: vtecaddict beat me to it... yeah just work on the prompts

oops, looks like the prompts are for fall 2008. but really, they dont change all that much.

also, sometimes your senior year english class will make you work on UC prompts as a class assignment, especially if its an AP class or something where almost all of the students are going to apply to UCs. at least thats what happened at my school...

The prompts don't change usually. Since they changed so recently, they are probably the exact same this year.
