@nicole26 Congrats! I took 85B & 85C at BCC with Jenny - I loved those classes. English literature is apparently fantastic at Cal, although the only literature course I’ve taken here was offered through the Slavic Languages & Literatures department.
@stressedmeg no unfortunately, not yet at least! I’m an LA native and live down here currently. I’m looking for flights as we type, but worst case scenario I’ll drive up that morning. Do you know anything about how the S&E major looks compared to environmental studies majors at SD or SB? I’m trying to make an educated decision on which program will offer the most hands on experience, advising, etc. Excited to meet you!
@ariellibelly No I applied to SD for urban studies and planning and didn’t apply to SB. I’m more into the develoment/ economic stuff. Sidenote: I heard that UCLA rejected/waitlisted a lot of students with pre-reqs in progress so I’m shocked that I was offered admissions into UCB. Also I’m still shocked that each campus looked past the fact that I only have 38 units completed and I have 22 units in progress right now! Super grateful and I wish every one the best of luck transferring!

Accepted for CS (L&S), GPA 3.85, all classes complete. So excited to come here! By best friend goes to Berkeley and studies CS also and I am so happy that we are going to school and graduating together!
