Anyone knows where an engineering majored transfer should send an appeal form to? Should I send an email directly to the admission office or send a written mail to the Transfer Appeals Committee?
(I know my decision letter says they don’t accept appeals for engineering majors but I still want to challenge my denied admission. UCB is my dream school, FOR REAL!)

Is anyone else having touble making a bMail account and completing some of the other steps? I submited SIR but the payment was a check that hasn’t gone through yet. Could this be the reason?

Welcome news after UCLA’s rejecton, to say the least… I think UCLA rejected me becuase I missed a single prereq course (fulfillable with some stupid biology course). I’m proud to go to a school who has actually shown that they value me, so Berkeley it is.

- Do you think it is okay to change non-major prereq planned coursework (a poli class) even though it was on my admission conditions?
- I am an international student and my english proficiency test expired a while ago (after I submitted my application). Do you think they'll let me retake the exam if I can do so before the SIR deadline? Actually I've attended a high school under the national Australian curriculum (even though my country was not an english-speaking country), I hope they can consider this fact!
