Can’t see financial aid either though… I’m so anxious
I just checked under my finances and viewed the monthly statement and its all 0. I can view my financial aid package. Is it because I’m low income that they might have deferred the fee?
@amunroeee Same boat, though when i click on “see official monthly statement” i have a 250$ bill which i assume is for SIR. If you clikc on “unscheduled” on the main dashboard beneath the “tasks” title, do you see 2 notifications? Title 4 release and T&C’s? Curious what those are.

@amunroeee I’m fairly certain that means your fee was waived. Which is good since you don’t have to pay the $250
If you dont have to pay an SIR fee it means its been waived! Usually students who get fee waivers to apply to 4 UC’s for free will get the sir fee waived too!
Does anyone still have PRESIR as their affiliation despite submitting their SIR to Cal already? Also my level says freshman on CalCentral for some reason, anyone else?

I’ll be going over to Cal on Friday though from LA for the welcome event thing at 5. It’s gonna be a helluva drive

@amunroeee @uctransfer00 I was worried about this as well, but was told by my TAP counselor that if you receive financial aid at your community college then you are eligible for the waiver of the SIR as well, and financial aid will cover it at the beginning of the fall semester. If you don’t receive financial aid, then I would definitely contact Berkeley.
@ericbeige I don’t think that they’ve sent the invites out yet.

So How exactly do many of you get in touch in Cal central? I have been calling them for the past two days and a recorded message “We have a high volume of calls…” keeps coming out. Do you guys believe, us, the ones who created a cal central through the summer app, are screwed?
I dont think its been sent out yet?
I thought we were getting notified tomorrow?
