@Chrisq1 Have you seen @Orangered123 's post on the previous page? It looks like only some students have presir which stands for pre-statement of interest for registration.
It’s all speculation. It would be best to just wait for results to officially be released around noon.
I do not think the “presir” means you are in. I was categorized as a “former student” because I took summer
in ucb 2014. I do not think it has something to o with your decision
“For regular undergraduate and graduate students, the CalNet team pulls data into LDAP when students are admitted and before they have returned their Statement of Intent to Register (SIR). These records are held in a “pre-SIR” container in LDAP until students have returned the SIR”
I do not have new admit things. But the content of new admits is for class 2021, so it is for freshman instead for transfer. By the way, before I apply calnetid, I can log in with my map, but my status is “junior” instead of “presir”. After I apply summer school again, the status changed into “former student”. As for me it is not true about the presir thing.
how do i set up calnet?? its asking for a student id but i don’t have one nor aware of mine lol and i tried logging into it with my MAP but it wont let me?
Morning everyone! I couldn’t bring myself to try any tricks or check up on what you all were doing. I thought I’d get into UCLA, but didn’t, and I don’t expect to get in to Cal, but Cal is my dream school, no matter how much I don’t want to admit it. I’m wishing us all luck and really hoping that admissions are less selective than UCLA’s this year.
