<p>I know those who got the Regent's Scholarship, obviously, know they got into Berkeley, but my friend said she got an email from them saying something like 'Congratulations! You've been admitted to UC Berkeley'. However, she didn't get any scholarships. I told her that was weird, because on the portal it says March 29th is the official decision date. Has anyone else received an email like that?</p>

<p>contact UCB undergrad admissions on monday AM and ask them if that’s their version of a “Likely letter.”</p>
