* ‘weekend’ because the weekend before has graduations and the weekend after,
* housing will no longer be provided for a majority of students)
* It’s a free 2 day/2 night event
* You will be enjoy workshops created by your Berkeley peers designed to
* entertain and educate you on what it’s like to be a Berkeley student
* Your meals will be provided at no cost to you
* You will be housed by current UC Berkeley students in their dormitories or
* apartments
* You will have a chance to explore and be exposed to the Bay Area
* You will meet fellow incoming Transfers and have a head start in building your
* future community at Cal"</p>

<p>AHH I want to go SOO bad haha. Is it too late to sign up? I’m worried about dead week at my CCC though. Alas, I’ll have to figure this out one way or another.</p>

<p>I think anyones allowed to go. If you got a call from a Berkeley student they shouldve mentioned it… At least that’s what happened to me</p>

<p>Hah, no problem. I’m not sure how the “admission” process for the event works though. I applied and put in the additional comments area that I would only be able to arrive on Wed afternoon… so remember to put that so they can accommodate!</p>
