UC Berkeley C&R Scholarship for transfer students

<p>Does anyone know when UCB will start handing out invites to transfer applicants for the Regents and Chancellors Scholarship? I called the office that handles the scholarship and the woman said they haven't started inviting transfer applicants. She told me they'd start giving transfer invites April 30th which really doesn't make sense so if anyone else had any insight that'd be great!</p>

<p>Pretty much they invite 4.0 GPA’s only.</p>
