UC Berkeley chances, Canadian?

Basically, I want to go to UCB L&S for Undecided major.

Here are my stats:

Copy of my transcript - <a href="https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/94450894/report-page-001.jpg%5B/url%5D">https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/94450894/report-page-001.jpg</a></p>

Problem is, I attended 2 high schools, one in Canada and one in US. So I had to repeat my Junior year, as the move was so unexpected, and I wanted time to adjust and have time for APs and SATs.

SATs: 2250, one sitting: 690 CR, 770 M, 790 W (11)
SAT IIs: 770 Math 2C, 760 Bio E, and 760 USH

APs: Expected scores - AP Bio (4-5), AP USH (3), AP Psych (4-5), and AP Lang (3-4, if lucky 5)

ECs: pretty weak.
1) Vice president of Marketing and Sales at Alpine Cap, a Junior Achievement Co.
2) Varsity swim team for grades 10-11 in Canada
3) member of 40-hour walk-a-thon through Kingston, Montreal, and Quebec to raise awareness for effects of war on children; 40+ hrs. of community service received for it.
4) Sagamok trip for 1 week to an Indian reservation to help improve schools and teach the kids.
5) Member of the school band in grades 9 and 11 (Canada)
Couldn't do any in Junior year in the US due to adjusting to courseload.
During the summer, I will be volunteering at an Immigration services center to help teach new immigrant kids English and Math; may be starting my own organization to help build 1 well in Africa.
6) Robotics team in Senior Year

I guess I have an interesting story for my essay; I can talk about living in 4 different countries in pursuit of a better education, and emphasize on my sudden move from Canada to US (I pretty much got deported as the Conservatives threw out all immigration applications).

How do I stack up against others? Will 5 years of HS hurt me?
