I am a sophomore at a decent high school (no IB, Pre-AP.) As a freshman, I attended a school on the lower end of the spectrum, and got a 4.0. My schedule for this year is: H Precalc, AP Euro, H Chem, H World Lit, H Spanish 3, and Cross country/ Track. I currently have "A"s, and ended first semester with a 4.5 weighted, 4.0 non-weighted GPA.I run Varsity Cross Country/Track, have about 150 community service hours at a local library, and am in CSF. Next year, I'm joining Science Olympiad, science fair, starting a club related to my hopeful major, and will keep up with my running. I'm also enrolling in 5-7 AP classes, and definitely have the capability to get a five in all of them (maybe not AP Lang.) However, I worry that I am not "outgoing enough," and that I haven't won any prestigious awards. If my SAT scores are around 2250 (my goal), do I have any chance at all of getting into Berkeley? Will my lack of extracurriculars hurt me?
Thank you, sorry for the long message.
