UC Berkeley Chances

Hey everyone,

I was just wondering if you guys could give me your opinions about my chances for UC Berkeley. I plan to apply out of state for the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department.

Stats:
Attend magnet public high school called Academies of Loudoun located near TJ (Got selected out of competitive admission process)
1460 SAT (Math - 790 English - 670)
4.31 weighted GPA (Straight A’s in all courses throughout high school)
Took AP Stats, AP Calc BC, AP Physics C mechanics, AP Computer Science, High School Entrepreneurship and Engineering courses
Plan to Take AP Chem, AP environ, Multi, and Dual English next year
Plan to take SAT 2 Math and Physics
Consistently getting 800s in SAT2 Math
Aiming for 750+ in SAT2 Physics

Extracurriculars:

Participated in First Tech Challenge Robotics for 2 years. Went to state championships and won numerous awards.

Did lots of outreach as part of First Tech Challenge Robotics such as designing a STEM curriculum for kids summer camp, teaching kids at expos, hosting events at Library, etc.

National Finalist for World Robot Olympiad Robotics.

Started Arduino Club at my school.

Got selected into selective Aerospace Summer Camp over the Summer at NASA research center. Led a strategic communication team at the summer academy.

Started a start-up business and presented to investors through Incubator Edu educational program

Did a team medical research project with K2M based on designing brace to help scoliosis patients.

Your profile looks good but you will probably need to get your SAT up another 100 points to be competitive for EECS.
