<p>i want to go apply to Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. they are #3 undergrad business school according to latest rankings. what do you think my chances are? some things won't make sense, like the bad class rank but good SAT scores. the explanation is that i didn't try freshman year (luckily berkeley doesn't look at freshman grades, although it does reflect my class rank) and i've been playing catchup since then, and my school is riduculously competitive. anyways, now that i've gotten that little bit out of the way, here's my resume:</p>

Welch Summer Scholar Program - i applied and got addmitted. essentially, i went to a university for 5 weeks and did chemistry research with proffessors and grad students, and then wrote a miniature discertation (~10 pages) over my expirements, made a poster, and gave a powerpoint presentation to a body of ~20 proffessors.</p>
