I think what got me in early was the passion I displayed in my application for my somewhat unique interests. I know that sounds cliche, but my essays really revealed a lot about who I am in identity and in character. Was expecting this rejection to be honest. Berkeley had been my dream college, but I knew it was unattainable with my stats. (though, I was surprised last week when I had got into UCLA)
This was my last college decision, and my only rejection. I was accepted to: Auburn (EE honors), UW (EE direct admit, Honors), UW-B (EE), UCD (EE Regents), UCI (EE CHP), UCSD (appl. EE, but accepted undeclared), and UCLA (EE)
I will probably be going to UW, because I was given a $90k scholarship there out-of-state. Congratulations to everyone who got in!
