She said FPF or Jan start. FPF is for L&S only but couldn’t other colleges Jan start?
I think it’s impossible that no one gets normal Fall attendance because in Engineering there is no FPF.
So at least engineering students would get in Fall normal cause it’s also impossible that Berkeley doesnt admit any engineer from the waitlist apart from civil.
(Cal’s yield is usually not that high compared to other schools of its level)

I just called and they said there will still be more waves. I asked if it includes in state applicants or if it’s mainly OOS and international students and he said no it’s mainly by major! Does anyone know if they tell you if your not coming off the wait list or do you just have to wait till the end and just never receive an update?

@judgefudge You have to wait till the end sadly. Did you ask anything about whether we could be admitted for fall like the normal acceptacesl? Or only spring and FPF?

Seems like many admits from wait list were L&S CS. Maybe it is by major. We’ll see!
Did the civil engineering students who got off the waitlist early also have to choose FPF or Jan Start?
I was accepted off the waitlist and into the College of Chemistry a couple of days ago. Not sure if this is just because I am a part of the College of Chemistry, but I am able to enroll in the fall like a regular admit. So, not all the people accepted off the waitlist have to choose FPF or Jan Start.
@1Katniss Someone mentioned that they phoned and it will be released by major was it you? lol
