@caldude2020 not sure about that, it seems like quite a few in-states were accepted last wave, this wave may just be the biggest for OOS 
@unilad2020 honestly there’s only a few hours to go, and its really hard to predict anything. But judging from previous years and acceptance rates in general, internationals have a harder time getting in than IS and OOS you’ll just have to wait and see
For what it’s worth - according to FPF, the Berkeley program is full. There is space at San Francisco. They said " main campus is full and all offers will be for spring". Global Edge is still an option. Starting in Jan will be an option. Approx 900 offers will go out today (or they are looking for 900 students, not sure but the number 900 was used) - sounds like L&S with a mix of IS, OOS and international.
@1Katniss Where did you see the number 900?
And for engineering there’s no FPF, so I think admitted engineering students will be regular fall admits.
@Jado17 I called FPF just to see if there is room in case I get an offer today. Person I spoke with gave me the info. She stressed that there will be no offers for regular fall admission, but she’s not admissions so take it all as such.

This is very confusing… I really think Berkeley should have a real FAQ explaining these issues. If we are accepted to EECS – would this mean we need to wait one quarter?
