@Twinmomhell I believe that is correct. For my S, the lack of early notice correlated with a lack of admission, and I did not see any posts on UCD or UCSB from people who said there was an error for them (in either direction). Ah well.
Didn’t apply to UCI, so spared that stress, but boy: those poor kids. I feel terrible for the kids on the USC posts, too, waiting for snail mail…

@YoungOne4 thank God the snail mail came 1st day…I will say the “white box” was an awesome experience for my daughter. I have twins so it’s been crazy stressful. That same daughter is at young Arts currently and woke me up with a screen shot of the email she received this morning. Now we wait and worry it was an error. I don’t think it is I think both my girls got in, but until you hear from admissions you worry ugh
@Twimmomhell I hope it was not an error for the sake of your girls, and if they have been admitted, I offer you all big congratulations. 
Sooo, I feel like I can pretty much assume that I was rejected or waitlisted at this point. In-stats, no e-mail. Man, I’m disappointed. Waitlisted at UCLA, so I was really hoping for Berkeley. This hurts.
so does this mean I’m rejected if I’m a us resident who goes to an international who applied for fin aid but didn’t get the email? I’ve been accepted by UCLA and USC so far.
@abigfailure I would not assume anything just yet, after all the email was not supposed to be sent, as in a mistake. They might be real acceptances, but I don’t think just because you didn’t get one that you won’t get in.

I honestly don’t think they leaked ALL of the acceptances or it would be blowing up on here. I think it was probably a small batch. Don’t worry.

@sastronaut Sorry for the late response, but yeah. I’m taking AS and A-levels together along with 2 APs (AP Calc BC and Chem). I have been accepted to UCLA and UCSB, and I’m waiting for my final decisions from my dream schools (UCB,Stanford and 7 Ivies, excluding Dartmouth because they’re Astrophysics major is not that competitive).
Anyone else in panic mode? Ahhhhhhhhhhh
