Has anyone received the email who did NOT apply for financial aid?
My last email was “Meet the Students: First Year Pathways” sent on February 26, 2018. It had information about FPF and Global Edge. Did anyone receive the same email and didn’t receive anything else after?
I did not apply for financial aid for any of the UC’s, so yeah I didn’t receive an acceptance email today.
@security18 Yeah this was their last official e-mail (Although some people state that theirs was on the 10th of Feb).
Good question, @aidanrockne. I am still somewhat confused by the FA component because my S will not qualify for merit aid (not sure if the UCs give that, aside from Regents) based on the FAFSA, and to date has only been offered a federal Stafford loan by the UCs. But I assume that even being offered a Stafford loan counts as financial aid, such that he would’ve gotten an email this morning…
guys I applied for fin aid and I’m OOS, but did not receive the email. Does this mean I’m not admitted? 
This sucks because UCB was my top choice
@fizzymangoes 99% sure yes, I’m in the same boat as you except IS but still applied for aid, however at least 4-5 kids i contacted who have great stats are saying they got the e-mail, this was obviously not an isolated incident, oh well.

So you shouldn’t have recieved the email if you didn’t apply for financial aid or any scholarships whatsoever?

i checked my email hopefully only to face NOTHING. i applied for aid but probably didnt get anything. I’ve gotten nothing from all my schools so far. do you think they’d send me an update about not getting aid? or did i probably just not get in…
@security18 D in same boat as you. Last email 2/26. We’re in state, applied for financial aid, but didn’t receive the 3am leaked email. But remember the 2/26 email only went to L&S.
This application process has given me anxiety. At this point, I’m done.
to the people the got it, what college did you apply into? Maybe it was on specific college? I’m in state cnr and didn’t get it and I’m freaking out.
I didn’t get the financial aid letter, though. I applied for it though.
