Anyone who is studying mech engineering got off the waitlist? It seems to be a popular choice so maybe not many spaces left available?
Anyone know how many people got into EECS from the second wave last year? I’d think the chances are very low
yeah EECS is screwed therefore I am screwed.
did anybody OOS get in/does the portal display an update for May 7 instead of March 29?
Has anyone been admitted to College of Natural Resources from OOS?
@kn0wledge is your son IS or OOS?
@throwaway132 was there only two waves last year, the May 4th one and then the one two weeks later for LS CS?
My younger brother got in for Civil Engineering as a Fall 2018 admit! (In-state applicant)
I got in as a spring admit in the College of Engineering back in 2005. I did the FPF program, but I don’t think that’s available to Engineering majors anymore. Exciting!
Does anyone know how many traditional spots they have open? I got offered it but Im scared that its going to fill up since my parents are still unsure about Berkeley
Anyone from CED/SED get admitted from the waitlist?
@bonusoceans yes!!! Why?! Trying to figure out… have you?
@chicalmom CED in state, haven’t heard back yet
@chicalmom @help0830 Just checked @CalAdmissions twitter account, and apparently an architecture studen (CED) was admitted yesterday. Hopes down
Ugh
I was admitted yesterday as a spring admit!
Has anyone called the admissions office today to see if they are releasing another wave this week or next week?
On my pathway selection form, it says there are still 390 spots for FPF. So maybe there will be more acceptances for FPF
@pennyDoo I called and the admissions officer would not disclose that information to me. The only thing that was said is that there will be more waves through June 1st.
If anyone has gotten any more info on future waves please share.
thanks for calling! At least there is hope
