what does it mean if it just says not authorised to fill out withdrawal form?

Has there been any cases when one was rejected from Berkeley but got into Stanford.

Most portal pre-release analysis is false. I think in this situation it is true. Have you read the whole thread?

Plot twist : what if unauthorized meant acceptance after the decisions released! Me getting into berks with my low marks

Don’t worry, you definitely can! Unis look for different things so a rejection/acceptance from one uni doesn’t mean anything about another, even though stats (etc) may be similar at top colleges! keep your head up!
