<p>I received a C- on my final transcript in high school. UC Berkeley's conditions of admission state that I cannot receive a grade lower than a C. Will they count a C- as a C or as a grade lower than a C?

<p>Yes, you should call. But, since they don’t count -/+ differently in your hs ucgpa, I’m pretty sure that means no Ds or Fs and that a C- is ok.</p>
