UC Berkeley, Davis, and Merced

Here are my stats:

College: Modesto Junior College
GPA: 3.6 (approximately)
Major: Psychology
Pre-reqs: Complete
ECs: Student Government, Philosophy Club
Other Factors: I am an English, psychology, and philosophy tutor at the college tutoring center. I have done community service for the past 3-4 years now.

What are my chances of getting into UC Berkeley, Davis, or Merced? I am almost certain I will get into Merced, and I am fairly sure I will get into Davis. Berkeley seems less likely though.

The problem is that, even if I got into all three, I am not sure which one I would choose. Berkeley has the best reputation, but it is expensive, and I'm not sure if I would stand out in classes with 200+ people. Davis is kind of a middle-of-the-road option. It has a good program and reputation, it would be cheaper for me, and I feel like I could stand out fairly well there. Merced is new, so it is still developing its reputation, but it would be the cheapest option, and I think I would shine there. Also, I'd probably get the chance to work directly with professors which is very appealing to me. I know a lot of people are down on UC Merced, but I think there are definitely some benefits to it.

What do you think? Any advice on how to decide between the three?

if you can make berkerly then go berkerly, but the problem is that your GPA is way below the average standard of berkerly. Average berkerly is all above 4.0+ for sure. not really sure if you will make berkerly
