<p>I may be suspended 3 days for an alcohol related offense that I am guilty by association in. If my school makes note of this on my final transcript, what is the likelihood of disciplinary action or rescission. If I contact UC Berkeley when I find out for sure and explain my situation, will they be willing to listen? Thanks for the help. </p>
<p>Before making any contact with Berkeley, you must verify with your school if the suspension/offense is truly being reported. How did that saying go…“Don’t try to fix what’s not broken.”</p>
