@halpmehxd I didn’t get an email either. My SPMP mentor told me that generally, TAP students get the invite and that the email has no effect on our admission status.
FYI, April 19 confirmed again here.

@willowstil I’ll be bringing my husband with me. How about you? Are you bringing someone?
I got cal day invite through Starting point mentorship
@ishitak I got the same invite from SPMP
i got the email from the college of environmental design at ucb. i applied as an architecture major with a 3.8, in the honors transfer program, in alpha gamma sigma, deans list, igetc done, major prep not done (they don’t offer the ones i need at any cc near me), and my essays i’d say were an 8/10

@solostrn it was probably the honors transfer program that added you to the cal day list?
@Joseph590 i don’t think so because HTP has my school email and i got the invite through my personal email which was what i used to apply to berkeley. i really don’t think it means much tho. my guess is the college of environmental design sent them to all their applicants and maybe some departments just didn’t.
I didn’t get a Cal day invite, I’m not in TAP. Applied as a political econ major with a 3.85. Good luck everyone!
Does anyone see their name come up in the directory https://www.berkeley.edu/directory
Did anyone who lives out of state/out of northern CA get a cal day invite
lots of random campus data on this site in case anyone is interested https://pages.github.berkeley.edu/OPA/our-berkeley/student-headcount-by-major.html
@2dwayne3904 My name showed up but I don’t think it means anything. I think they just have your name on file since we have accounts in the portal. I looked up my brothers name who is graduating from UCB this year and there is more info about him including his student email and major
my name didn’t come up in the directory
Last year my CCC has at least one Asian student that I know got in Haas and about 2 weeks ago he just emailed to introduce Envision Haas…
His name was not appeared.
My name also didn’t show up.
I see my name but i dont think it means anything. Decisions havent come out and none of the transfer students actually enrolled/confirmed their attendance to berkeley yet so it doesnt make sense our name is already in the system
Maybe it is because you have a common name? Are you sure it is actually YOU that is showing up haha.
nothing means anything until we get our actual decision on the 19th
