i need this decisions right now so i can actually focus on my studying!

Curious, does anyone know if you can tell your decision based on the e-mail they send you? I know some schools just notify you to check your portal, while others send congratulatory messages.
I can’t imagine myself clicking to see my decision…like…how am I gonna do that. This is my first decision of the schools I’ve applied to and I’m so nervous
I’m about to start class for the next three and a half hours and my professor is super strict about phone use in class so I’m just gonna be sitting here all nauseous and sweaty and unable to do anything but contemplate my fate
