UC Berkeley IGETC Requirement??

For my school in order to fulfill the IGETC Requirement for Physical and Biological Sciences, one must take 2 class. One of the classes must be a physical and the other biological, and at least 1 of them must contain a LAB. When I'm filling out the berkeley transfer supplement, for physical science and biological science, what should I put in the boxes. For Physical, I've taken CHEM 200 Lecture and LAB, so do I fill "CHEM 200 Lecture" in the box designated for "Physical Sciences without LAB" and place the CHEM 200 Lab in the box designated for "Physical Sciences with LAB"??

I'm really confused, and don't know what to do.

I also took a Physical Anthropology class which fulfills my biological science requirement, where shall I place that?

You put Chem 200 where it says Physical Science with Lab and then leave the without lab space blank. For Physical Anthropology you would write it in the the biological science without lab space.

I recieved an A for Lecture and B for lab, which one should i put for the grade?

Oh I was thinking your Chem 200 was a combined Lab/Lecture class with 1 grade. I’m sorry I misunderstood! I’m assuming they are listed separately on your transcript, like Chem 200 and Chem 200L or something like that? If that’s the case then I believe you enter them separately like you stated in your original post.
