I applied to Letters and Sciences for Computer Science, and realized that you needed to petition for admission to the major.

How difficult is the GPA threshold exactly to achieve? How tough is being “above-average” in the 3 comp sci prereq courses?

How much easier are the classes if you have taken AP Comp Sci in high school already?

I would especially like to hear from people who had to go down this path last year.
