basically what the title says, which engineering majors at berkeley are most and least popular?

Don’t apply undeclared engineering, it’s the hardest to get in. EECS is another one.

Recent information of this type does not appear to be published.

The Hout report, page 28, indicates that, for 2004, the CoE majors from most selective to least selective were: BioE, CoE undeclared, MatSciEng, EECS, Computational (no longer offered), [ EnvEngSci, EngPhysics, EngMathStat, IEOR ], CivE, MechE, NuclearE (those in were about the same selectivity that year). However, a lot can change in a decade.
