<p>If you are a pre-med, remember that medical school is very expensive, so saving money and avoiding debt can be helpful.</p>
<p>There is a thread in the Cornell forum on this choice. There is a good long answer but the poster did undergrad at Berkeley and grad at Cornell so I think he makes too many unfavorable assumptions to what undergrad is like at Cornell–take with a grain of salt.</p>
