Hey all, I was accepted into UCB for College of Chemistry and UMich for LSA.
For Berkeley, is doing premed advisable in the CoC? I’ve heard nightmare stories about 1A/B and 3A/B and I can’t imagine how hard 4A/B would be, especially for a premed who needs a good GPA :\
I’ve visited UMich and feel that the campus is pretty great, but I have yet to visit Cal. I’m wondering whether the stress/workload that seems to accompany Cal is worth the prestige it has over UMich, and if the education and opportunities for research or hospital experience are any better than UMich’s.
