<p>hey, i’m also applying to that major and wondering what GPA I need to get in. My current GPA is around 3.9 and I really hope that’s enough. However, I have not completed any calculus courses,and as far as I know they are recommended for that major. I have completed all other pre-requisites though.</p>
<p>Ks I would look into and call the major coordinator. Because without calculus you may not be able to get into the upper-division economic courses, so it would take you extra semesters to finish the pre-reqs. It has been well chronicled that Berkeley wants transfers around for 2- 2 1/2 years only. It may be different with that major so you should definitely call and find out for sure. </p>
