I am considering this summer program, and I am interested in majoring in engineering/machine learning. Like many research opportunities, this offers me the chance to analyze data using python and matlib, but I was wondering if that was sufficient to connect to my interest in CS. It does show a broad range of knowledge and allows me to apply my skills to multiple fields, but is that worth my summer and the $6,500 price?
