I am unsure of whether my school sends full year or quarters. Is it ok if I report quarters? Or should I report my full year grades?

Report whatever is asked. You should have unofficial grade report from your school by now.

The UC will use your school report to recalculate UC GPA.

What grades (quarter or full year) are on your transcript? You should have a copy of your transcript sitting in front of you while you fill out the UC application.
