They just came up with some new thing that lets spring transfers get involved with fall because they felt the springs felt like second class citizens. I’ll have to look because I read it but don’t recall it all.

Does it say on my degree that I was admitted as a spring transfer? Why would anyone in the spring feel like a second class citizen? Someone please tell me if there’s a reason I should be concerned about being a spring admit (other than the graduation date).

Hi, I SIRed for spring 2016 too. And now I’m just wondering what do I do next. I can’t join fpf because I am a transfer. Is everybody else in the dark like I am too?
You know what? I was overthinking everything. I’ll move to Berkeley when the Spring semester flies by. I’m sure I’ll still be a happy camper. Meanwhile, I can be doing many things with my time. Thanks for the input, guys!

@poggibaby Glad you chose Cal! LETS POP SOME BOTTLES…lol in all seriousness the OCR for investment banking and financial services is very legit here. The only downside though is that most ibanks (bulge brackets) recruit in the fall for summer internships.
@damnImwaiting hey I was also planning to move up to Berkeley area and attend CCSF or BCC for this Fall. Have you found out any good places to start??
@helloo0 I actually decided against it after some though. I realized there is no reason for me to move up early, but maybe you can utilize your time there.

Hey guys! This thread has been dead for too long. It’s almost October which means it’s almost time for our orientations! We are almost there!! 
Also, is anyone still waiting for their transcripts to be verified? I’m still waiting on mine! I emailed my rep and she said its normal but I don’t understand what is taking so long.

Lots of Spring 16 class schedules were released. It’s been fun and stressful looking at them. January will be here before we know it guys! =D>
i don’t understand what’s wrong with being admitted to spring?
personally if i get accepted to berkeley i would rather CHOOSE spring than fall, so i could take a gap half year to experience the real world.
and aside from the self-inferiority of spring admit, don’t all students automatically become just like fall admits after one semester? and what about clubs and frosh?
