UC Berkeley Talk some sense into me!

I know most of the people here would think I am crazy for saying this but I may not want to go to UC Berkeley, a little about me.

I am a northern California transfer student who was originally planning on going to UC Davis as a Managerial Economics major, I have all per-requirements done but Calculus 2 which I am finishing this summer at my CC. I got into UCSB, UCD, UCSC and UCB ( I am happy at my accomplishment). I left Cal State Sacramento because I didn't like it and went to a community college in hopes of transferring someplace better for me. At all the UCs besides UCB I have been accepted to my major (some variance of economics) with the exception of UCD of which I have to apply for the Managerial Econ Program, which I am not concerned about because of my major GPA a (3.9 with acct classes, econ, stats and calc).

The thing that gets me in a conundrum is that at UCB I have to take Stat 21 (or other comparable stats) and a Upper division econ course (100A,B or 101 A,B). I have been looking though the forums and they say that at least the stat 21 is a major weeder class for students. The thing is I have no clue how I will do at Berkeley and if I don't get at least a B in those classes I have to be looking for another major,(which I am seeing none that will get me a job outside of school without some sort of grad school). Am I over thinking this or have mis-information? Any ideas guys, I would be forever grateful, (especially any econ Berkeley majors out there) for some ideas!
Don't get me wrong I like both schools UC Davis and UCB and I recognize both have great opportunities. Even though Berkeley's campus is beautiful.

My grades for Pre-Reqs at UCB what I will be taking with me.

Econ 1, B+, A
Cal 1, A (IP)
Cal 2, IP ( A, a estimate)

Rather than double posting on the Transfer/UC Transfer forums, ask on the College Search & Selection forum and UCB forums.
