<p>It's quite different than UCLA's TAP. You have to be low income, first generation, or an underrepresented minority from what I know. Also, admission into the program is closed for at least this semester.</p>
<p>Just to add to that list, they also look for good grades, potential, and leadership.</p>
<p>I'm in the program and both above posts sound accurate.</p>
