Oh FYI, looking up my husband and current Cal friends, I can see the groups their connected with also. The only difference is that they each have another group called “undergraduate-majors” which I’m sure is achieved by submitting your SIR…
Also, just to mention it again lol, I did not have the whole SIR fee on my calcentral (ever lol)

This group theory makes no sense to me, why would they put us in the undergraduate-students group before we pay and submit the SIR?

Because that’s the category we fall under. AFTER submitting the SIR I’m sure an additional group gets added, which is the undergraduate-major group which states which major your assigned to.

The 250 SIR thing isn’t technically available on calcentral! You gotta click on “my finances” and then click “see full statement” — then that is where it would pop up…just wanted to clarify Incase anyone was worried bc they didn’t see it immediately on calcentral

so i guess once you accept the sir they put you in your specific folder for your major. (my buddy is undeclared)
@justtransfer417 naw that’s where I’ve been checking. Nothing. However I did sign up for summer session classes cuz I like to live dangerously, and I owe Berkeley money for that :))
