UC Berkeley, UC Davis, Georgia Tech, chances?

I want to know my chances for my top three schools: UC Berkeley, UC Davis, and Georgia Tech. Also, I would really appreciate suggestions of any other schools that I should apply to, or consider, reaches/targets/safeties. I want to major in either Physics or engineering.

California, Mexican, Toughest high school in the area, a California Distinguished School. Currently in summer of Senior year.

Weighted GPA: 3.76 (but grades aren't completely final yet)
Class Rank: 19 out of 217

SAT Composite: 1810
Reading: 640
Math: 620
Writing: 550
But I plan to take it again, because I didnt really study very much for this one.

4-5 AP classes by the end of senior year.

Extracurriculars:
Cheerleading since age 4 (3 years on Varsity)
Mock Trial 4 years (President 2 years)
Link Crew/mentoring 3 years (Commisioner)
Leadership Class 2 years
Student Council 3 years
Class Cabinet 3 years
Campus Life 3 years
Key Club 4 years
California Scholarship Federation 2 years
4 Dance Committees
Volunteer for fundraisers (serving, washing cars, selling water, etc.)

Achievements:
Girls State Alternate
Restarted Mock Trial
Started a cheer squad at the middle school that is still going

I hope that is sufficient! Thank you so much! Please let me know if there is anything you think that I can improve on as well, or advice. I really don't want to waste money if I'm not going to get into a school.

Oh! Its worth mentioning that my school only offers 6 AP classes, so I took as many as I could.

Berkeley: Reach (aim for 2100+/31+)
UCD: Aim for 1950+/28+
GA Tech: Aim for 1950+/28+

All of those schools are reaches unfortunately. Although you have great ECs, they don’t quite make up for you GPA and SAT. Raise those if you can and UC Davis and GA Tech could become possibilities.

I would retake the sat but provided you do we’ll I think you stand a fair chance
