UC Berkeley, UCLA, Georgia Tech, UIUC for comp sci and Northwestern for economics

Hello!
Just curious how likely I will get into one of my top choices!
Gpa: 3.7 Unweighted 4.6 Weighted
Class rank: N/A
General class schedule: all honors freshman, all honors sophomore with 2 aps, 5 aps junior, 5 aps and 1 dual credit UIUC multivariable calc class
Act: Composite - 33, with 36 science and 35 math
Ec: captain of math team, president of Internet club, Vice President of research club, state finalist in Java programming in buisness professionals of America
Other: volunteer at hospital (200+hours), founded tutoring company, math instructor at tutoring center

Your GPA seems a bit low. What is your unweighted GPA with 2 decimal places?

It is 3.69 but I had a rigorous schedule taking every ap class available to me.

An unweighted GPA below 3.70 is too low for most schools in the top 40. Even with a rigorous schedule, your chances are not very good.

Sorry. It was a 3.698, which rounds to a 3.70, so I am right there.

Lol mangiafuoco is funny here. He thinks a 4.60 GPA is low here which is completely wrong. Your gpa is more than fine, and i think your only worry might be your extracurriculars for all these schools

@blargenshmargen‌ Most colleges care about unweighted GPA more than about weighted GPA. I do not think a 4.6 is a low weighted GPA. However, I do think that an unweighted GPA below 3.7 is low.

UCB - Mid Reach
UCLA - High Match/Reach
Gtech - High match
UIUC - Match/High Match

You’re GPA might be a bit low for the UCs but i still think you have a decent chance !

Good luck :)

Chance back please ?
