UC Berkeley/UCLA Subject Tests

As you guys know, UC requires their applicants to take two SAT II tests. I took the tests in November and got the following scores.

Math IIC: 750
Physics: 690
US History: 690

Now they say that you have to have the tests in from December 2010 "or else your application will be in jeopardy."

Now lets be honest. Those SAT II scores suck. And there is no way Im getting into UCB/UCLA with them (out-of-state applicant, 33 ACT, 3.58 UW/ 4.5 W, 10 AP classes, 13 honors classes, 9 non-honors classes)

Now the main reason I didnt do so good on the physics exam was because I hadnt taken it yet (lawl. in hindsight...) But now that I've taken it I know I can get at least a 750 on physics and a 780 on Math II

So my question is should I send in the 750/690, get a better score in January, and then send in those scores hoping they will take them? Or should I just hold off and send the 780/750?

Obviously the followup question would be "Will UC take my better scores from January?"
