UC Berkeley Update *URGENT*

Hi

i am on a quarter system and i was filling out the UC Berkeley supplemental info and was wondering if i write the unit mount of planned course for spring quarter with the in progress units(for winnter)?

Really confused HELPPP

I have this same question and would love some verification. On the myberkeleyapp, it tells you to list ALL units including units in progress but fails to mention anything about planned courses for summer or like in my case, spring '12 since my school begins on the 2nd week of February. Should we just list those “planned” units in the “in progress” row/column and make a note in the additional comments box?

SAme question as well… was going to ask a counselor on Monday…

I have two grades for chemistry; Lab and Lecture. What should I put in the “with lab” and “without lab” section" for physical sciences. I received an A for Lecture and B for Lab , what to do??

I’m on the quarter system too, so I called Berkeley. The woman on the phone said putting planned spring quarter units in the extra info box is fine.

Hey Dude de anza is where it’s at. lol

Anyways Umm do you mean we put planned units in the additional info instead of the in progress units area. because if i don’t put it in the in progress then it will look like I’m not completing 90 quarter units or 60 sems units

So I talked to my counselor today, and just as I suspected, she said it’s fine if we just input our “planned” spring units into the “in progress” row and make a note of it in the additional comments section. Most schools have started Spring by now anyhow.

Another Question Guys helllllp lol,

I did the L & S breadth requirements instead of IGETC, main difference is between the English classes. How do I list the seven breadth? there is no area in the L & S Breadth requirements area? helpppp

How do you guys fill out the Language other than English (LOTE) – 2 yrs of the same language in high school w/grades of C or better; or college-level course(s) (check assist.org for your school); or AP language exam scores of 3, 4, or 5; or IB (higher level) language exam score of 5, 6, or 7. for IGETC if you did 3 years in HS with C or better?? How do I list the course and grade? Or do I just check I completed 3 years of the same foreign language in high school with letter grades of “C” or higher for each semester.
