I recently got accepted to two great schools. I’m deciding between UC Berkeley and Johns Hopkins, and I applied as mechanical engineering for both. I know UCB engineering program is very famous and highly ranked. JHU is more known for its BME. However, it seems JHU, when it comes down to undergraduate school, provides better undergraduate education. At the same time, it’s hard to ignore the fact that Berkeley is in much better area than JHU (San Francisco!!). Which one do you guys think is better for undergraduate engineering program? It’s tough to decide. I’d really appreciate if you guys give me some advices. I especially want to hear from people who went to either of them.
