UC Berkeley vs. Vanderbilt

Hi, everyone.
I’m still struggling to choose between UCB and Vanderbilt. The reason why I like Vandy is its small class size, friendly students and fantastic environment, but I’m afraid its CS and Math aren’t reputational enough for me to find a nice job in US.
For UCB, its super big class is my nightmare…and it seems dorms are very crowded. But its Math and CS are definitely nice.

What should I choose? Are there anything else I need to consider? Are UCB Math and CS graduates can surely get better jobs?

Net price at each?

For post-graduation destinations:

Be aware that Berkeley L&S requires a 3.3 GPA in the intro CS courses to petition into the CS major, which is maybe a 50/50 chance given the course curves. If you have a strong CS background and want to work at CS companies, I’d go with Berkeley.

If you have no CS experience and want to explore math/CS majors, possibly with the goal of consulting/finance/banking jobs, I’d go to Vanderbilt.

would taking AP computer science and doing some minimalistic out-of-curricula exploring be considered “CS experience”? (Just wondering because I want to go to berkeley for CS w/ pre-med (crazy right?))

I will not consider net price. Thanks for your information!
