UC biology pre reqs urgent!

<p>for the pre reqs at UCLA or any UC for that matter for biology will my ap credit fulfill them?
for example:
i took ap bio for a year and pass the AP test with a 3,4,or 5 does that fulfill the one year biology laboratory requirement?
second example:
I took Calculus BC and passed the AP test with a 3,4, or 5 does that fulfill the one year calculus requirement?</p>

<p>i will be transferring through foothill or de anza college.
any information would be highly appreciated :)</p>

<p>first it depends on what credit your cc gives you bc you're transferring them from your cc to the uc's when you apply as a transfer to the uc's. I got a 5 on ap bio and my cc gave me bio credit, which was a class that was for non science majors. i got a 5 on ap calc bc and my cc gave me credit up to calc 1. So in my case, I had to retake the bio series and the calc bc only fulfilled half of the calc requirement.</p>
