UC-Boulder vs. Arizona St.

Which one is better in everything? Academics? Business? Internships? Athletics? School Spirit? Social Life? Location/Cities? and basically anything you can think of....

Thanks.

i go to ASU... big mistake, unless, perhaps you fit the ASU stereotype and get involved in the greek system. personally, i would go to UCB

UC Boulder is stronger academically.

Boulder is much better academically, IMO. They've done several nobel-winning projects in recent decades (mostly in Physics, I think), have a pretty damn good faculty, and also probably have a more academically able student body. Boulder has a respectable business school as well.

Environmentally, they're both close to a major metropolitan area, but Boulder is much, MUCH prettier, and the mountains nearby are pretty amazing. However, if you want a lot of sun ASU is pretty nice.

Socially, they're about equal. They're both major party schools, though CU is trying to crack down on it after they had a few alcohol-related deaths on campus.

Boulder is college town usa.
Well, it doesn't beat Boston, but it is a pretty cool place.

Kepp Boulder weird :]

Colorado definitely. Only thing ASU is better in is hot ladies and their honors program.

I vote UC-Boulder as well.

Okay thanks for the help. On my list I'm ranking Boulder over ASU.....

But how would you rank Boulder against Indiana University using the same criteria?

Boulder again.
I'd pick Colorado over Indiana any day!

CU Boulder is like the Berkeley of the Rocky Mountains--great science, journalism, and business programs, though it is sometimes lacking in the humanities. I applied there, and was accepted, and actually have considered dropping all of my other applications and just going there. If it's a match for you, I'd say definitely try for it.

Colorado, again.
