Bumpitty Bump Bump

Riverside safety
Santa Barbara match
Irvine match
Berkeley high reach
USC reach

Pomona-High Reach
Claremont McKenna-High Reach

It’s good to see that I at least have a safety and two matches.

Your GPA is actually fine, it’s your SAT that sucks. That being said.

IN @ Riverside, SB, Irvine
OUT everywhere else

SAFETY: UC Merced
MATCH: UC Riverside, UC Santa Cruz
Reach: UC Santa Barbara, UC Irvine, Occidental, Pitzer (not Super Reach b/c it is SAT Optional)
SUPER Reach: Berkeley, USC, Claremont McKenna

Mr. Jesus – disagree – if you look at stats for admitted students for UC Santa Barbara and UC Irvine, they are considerably higher, on average, than the 3.4UW, 3.7W and 1160 SAT stats of OP. Remember, the UCs are barred by law from giving consideration to OPs URM status.

OP, your stats are too weak for Berkeley. But I do think you stand a chance at USC, UCSB and UC Irvine. I have not idea for the rest of the schools in your list.
